Shipping
We ship worldwide via DHL and/or your local mail service.
Orders to Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Asia, and South/Central America have a minimum order value of US$100 and a shipping cost of $38.50. This is due to DHL's weight requirements for these destinations.
Delivery typically takes 10-20 business days but may be longer during peak times.
Orders over 3kg may ship in a box.
We may contact you for additional shipping costs for oversized items.
Customs
You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes charged by your country.
We cannot control customs delays or charges.
3. Ordering and Payment
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase
and account information for all purchases.
Returns & Exchanges
You can return purchased products for store credit within 10 days of purchase if they are in like-new condition.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Include a copy of your receipt and contact information with your return.
Items sold as part of a daily deal are final sale and cannot be returned.
Damaged Goods
If you receive damaged or poor-quality fabric, we will replace it.
Return the damaged item with your receipt and contact information.
We will send a replacement at no additional cost. If the exact item is unavailable, we will do our best to replace it with a similar item.
